OnboardClaw
We help you get set up with OpenClaw — the open-source AI assistant that handles your email, calendar, and real work. We deploy it on your hardware, harden it properly, and keep it running so you don't have to.
What's included
Everything you need to go from zero to a working AI assistant — typically in a single day.
OpenClaw is the real deal
“Genuinely the most incredible sci-fi takeoff-adjacent thing I have seen recently.”
“A new breed of AI that doesn't just chat — it actually does the work.”
Featured in WSJ, Fast Company, IBM, and Cisco.
DIY vs. OnboardClaw
| Do it yourself | OnboardClaw | |
|---|---|---|
| Time to deploy | 5–8 hrs if you know what you're doing | Same day, we handle it |
| Security hardening | Read the docs, configure manually | Done & audited before handoff |
| Custom workflows | Figure out integrations yourself | Up to 3 built during setup |
| Ongoing updates | Track releases, patch yourself | Covered by our care plans |
| When it breaks | Debug it yourself | Slack us, we fix it |
| Compliance / InfoSec | Hope nobody asks | Audit trails from day one |

Who's behind this
OnboardClaw is run by a founder and CTO with 15 years in tech, two successful exits, and a Master's in Computer Science from Penn. Previous work includes payments infrastructure that's processed over $1T in transactions and mobile apps with nearly 1B downloads. Now I spend every day working with AI — building with it, deploying it, and helping teams actually use it. This isn't a side project — it's the same rigor applied to getting your AI assistant right.

Common questions
It's an open-source AI agent that lives on your machine — not in the cloud. It reads and responds to email, manages your calendar, drafts messages in your voice, and connects to tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and more. Think of it as a digital EA that actually gets things done.
You absolutely can. But getting it production-ready means security hardening, wiring up integrations that aren't one-click, building custom workflows, and keeping everything updated as new versions ship. Most teams spend a full day and still have gaps. We've done enough of these to get it right the first time.
OpenClaw running on your hardware, fully hardened and documented. We connect your email and calendar, build up to 3 custom workflows, deliver a security audit report, and set you up with a dedicated Slack channel for 14 days of hands-on support.
That's what most clients need. Each person gets their own isolated agent — your CEO's instance is completely separate from your CFO's. Shared inboxes like an EA account get their own agent too. We help you figure out who needs what.
OpenClaw keeps running — it's on your hardware and it's yours. If you want us to handle ongoing monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting, that's what our care plans cover. Totally optional.
We follow the official OpenClaw hardening guide on every deployment — loopback-only binding, credential isolation, plugin allowlisting, sandboxing, the works. You get an audit report before we hand anything off. The point is to make it pass your security review, not sidestep it.
All the time — roughly half our work is remote. We handle everything over a video call and the end result is the same. If you're in the NYC area and want us on-site, we do that too.
